Make the most of your time at the conference!
We are in the process of planning a variety of in-depth training workshops and tours
for the day before Careers Conference 2009, Monday, January 26, 2009.

Preconference Professional
Development Workshops
Choose from a number of in-depth training workshops led by experts and leaders on
a variety of topics. Workshops are offered in a variety of times (all day, morning,
or afternoon-check workshop descriptions for exact times). Additional fee and pre-registration
is required.
Preconference Tours to Workplaces
The Careers Conference provides tours to local work sites on Monday. These tours
allow participants to visit businesses and learn about their employment needs first-hand.
Monday tours are designed to provide some fun as well as educational value; many
participants say the tours are their favorite part of the conference. Additional
fee and pre-registration is required.
Other Monday Activities
New to the Conference?
Newcomers meetings
are scheduled to answer questions, provide information, and help you schedule your
time at the conference to best suit your needs. Available at no cost to conference
participants. Pre-registration is not required. Check daily schedule for times.
