After-Hours Things To Do
Located in the Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club, the Careers Conference 2013 is in the heart of Madison's bustling downtown. Madison's downtown is a lively and energetic neighborhood with an array of museums, music venues, and theater as well as a variety of shops and restaurants.
The Concourse is within walking distance of Madison's unique and eclectic State Street, a dining and shopping experience for anyone looking to leave the ordinary behind. With a number of noteworthy shops and ethnic dining experiences, State Street is a must-see for any visitor to Madison.
At the end of State Street, visit Wisconsin's Capitol Building, a National Historic Landmark. Construction began in 1857 and the building took 60 years to complete at a total cost of only $7.2 million. A beautiful attraction to see while in Madison.
